**About the role**:
- Providing support to our Onboarding LATAM team on all basic process queries
- Support on case management to learn the department operation, for CACAR Region.
- Participate on SOP creation aligned to CE methodology
- Proactively support a variety of projects, region stabilization and user adoption, and others
- Ensuring high quality collaboration with other team members.
- Follow GDPR and Global data protection legislation
- Support on Open Text project for digital employee files.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Student background in HR, Administration, Communication or related.

- Converational English level
