- Verify and validate cleaning processes.
- Prepare and review quality procedures and documents.
- Train staff on quality programs and procedures.
- Audit preventive controls and process compliance.
- Monitor product quality, food safety incidents, and rework.
- Conduct audits of critical parameters and materials.
- Participate in Food Defense walks and microbiology sampling.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s degree in food engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 70% proficiency in English.
- No experience required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, HACCP, and food processes.
- Team player, good communication skills, proactive, and responsible.
