As an Onboarding Specialist at Fairplay, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding of our customers and setting the foundation for a positive and long-lasting relationship. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process and providing them with the necessary support and resources to fully utilize our products. Additionally, you will be accountable of the creation of educational courses for the small customers who will undergo onboarding primarily through self-paced learning modules.
