We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Supply Process Analyst**
**What you’ll do**:
- The process analyst will be responsible for designing and improving the business processes and workflows that support the network optimization and efficiency of the supply chain logistics.
- The process analyst will also be responsible for mapping, documenting, and analyzing the current and future state of the processes and workflows, using various tools and techniques, such as BPMN, and Visio.
- The process analyst will also be responsible for evaluating and benchmarking the performance and quality of the processes and workflows, using various metrics and indicators, such as KPIs, SLAs, and Lean Six Sigma.
- The process analyst will also be responsible for facilitating and leading the change management and the implementation of the process improvements,



as well as training and coaching the process owners and users.
**Preferred experience**:
- 6 + years of experience in Supply chain management and project management
- Experience using mapping and documenting tools for supply chain management.
- Experience with project management skills
- Experience in tracking metrics and create reports for clients.
- Change management experience for logistics process.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate - Advanced level of English
