**Finance Analyst**

**What You Will Do?**
The Finance Analyst is responsible for reviewing and providing on an accurate and timely basis, financial and business analysis, supporting the business through the generation of financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations, acting as a key enabler to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage databases and analyze financial information, to support and generate recommendations to commercial teams in Mexico and Central America
- You’ll lead commercial channel of Proximity and Regional, some clients are: Zorro Abarrotero, Garis, Sanborns, etc.




- Ensure compliance with the Business Plan and updates at customer / channel level and make updates according to business projections
- Responsible for “CIW Planning” process end to end
- Monitor financial performance metrics against the Business Plan and Updates
- Understand the business model and commercial conditions of each customer/channel
- Interact with KAMs, commercial, supply chain, shopper, RGM and trademarketing to support the best decision making for the business
- Safeguard and control the critical information of commercial agreements, promotional grid, contracts, among other supporting documentation, for internal and external audits and reviews
- Prepare analysis used to monitor, forecast and report rate of return, working capital, investments, and financial comparisons
- Ensure personal and company compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
- Prepare monthly closings to assure fair presentation of operating results by monitoring expense commitments
- Challenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial concepts, ownership
**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance,



Accounting, Industrial Engineering, and other related careers.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Finance
- Fluent in both Spanish and English

- Possess business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner
- Drive communication across different levels of the organization, acting as team player
- Curiosity, ability to learn and attention to detail
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency on Microsoft Package (Advance Excel), SAP, Tableau, etc.
