POSITION OBJECTIVES
Manage the process, administer and control the procedures to guarantee that the requirements are met in accordance with what is established with the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervises the accounting, tax and financial statements staff of Mexican accounting.
2. Supervises Mexican and American Accounts Payable staff, as well as updates their
payment in the banking portal.
3. Supervises accounts receivable personnel, billing, and the preparation of various related
reports.
4. Supervises purchasing staff, preparation of purchase orders and management with
suppliers.
5. Prepare plant cost accounting.
6. Supervises the closing of the Mexican book, is responsible for the closing of the
American book, prepares accounting policies and prepares simple and detailed financial
reports.
7. Supports in the preparation of quotes,



forecasts and budgets.
8. Supports and resolves questions from general management, corporate, government
entities, clients and suppliers.
EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION
3 to 5 years or in a similar position Financial planning manager
Experience in financial analysis
