We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies. This position plays a key role in supporting employees and ensuring payroll-related processes are executed efficiently and confidentially.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in payroll processing.
Knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, and labor legislation).
Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Intermediate English (preferred).

Responsibilities
Process weekly and biweekly payroll accurately and on time.




Generate bank payment files and payroll tax receipts (CFDI).
Register new hires and process employee terminations in payroll systems.
Manage employee affiliations with IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and company benefits.
Calculate settlements, payroll taxes, savings fund, and other payroll-related payments.
Maintain and update employee payroll records.
Prepare payroll reports for HR and management.
Support employees with payroll-related inquiries.
Ensure compliance with labor and payroll regulations while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
