Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
Prepare and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Process employee incidents and submit related information accurately and on time.
Monitor employee attendance, conduct follow-up interviews when required.
Support employee retention initiatives by conducting surveys and assisting with engagement activities.
Maintain and organize HR documentation, records, and filing systems in compliance with company policies.
Manage locker, PPE and uniforms and other employee administrative services assignments.
Update HR communication boards and support internal communication initiatives.
Improve and standardize HR forms, templates, and administrative processes.
Open, track, and follow up on HR action items to ensure timely completion.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general employment matters.
Support compliance with labor regulations,



company policies, and internal HR procedures.
Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Approximately 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance management.
Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.
Intermediate English proficiency (B1–B2).
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting a blue-collar workforce in a manufacturing environment.
Exposure to unionized work environments.
