Are you an experienced Call Center Agent with a background in healthcare, insurance, hospitals, or patient services? Join a growing healthcare technology company and help provide exceptional support to patients and healthcare consumers.
Provide accurate information about healthcare services, providers, and locations.
Resolve patient concerns while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Document interactions accurately in EHR and customer service systems .
Bachelor's degree is required – any field/background is accepted
✔ Previous experience in a healthcare, insurance, hospital, patient access, or healthcare call center campaign is required
✔ Experience with EHR/CRM systems is a plus
✔ A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, regardless of field. Healthcare-related call center experience is also required.
