**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- _**Die Cast (Must)**_ & Machining (Desirable) **Experience**:
- _2 Years in Similar Position_
- _Bachelor Degree and preferable a Master Degree_
- _Operative Discipline_
- _Results & People Oriented_
- _Continuous Improvement mindset_
- _Fluent English: _
- _Quality Systems (ISO9001, IATF16949)_
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Assure the Daily Production Plan according to Customer Requirements_
- _Managing the production Team_
- _Coordinate with other departments to problem solving and maximize customer satisfaction_




- _Monitoring and Improve the KPI’s such as Productivity, Scrap_
- _Implement process improvements for the operation_
