The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for performing accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
This position involves verifying invoices, processing payments, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate records of accounts payable activity.
Ensure that the company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly.
Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Experience: 3 years in similar position.
- Knowledge of SAT
- Management of banking platforms
- Use of ERP (Oracle is a plus)
- Intermediate-advanced use of Excel.
