**We are looking for someone with**:
- Expertise in data analysis, database management, data modeling, data architecture, data visualization, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data security/compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
- Consulting experience with Big Four/MBB and skills in workshop preparation, client alignment, and planning.
**Client is undergoing a large digital transformation (SAP S/4 Hana) and is looking for a data migration lead with a deep understanding of**
- how the SAP Data Model works
- how to migrate data between systems (how to write ETL scripts, test them, organize data validation activities)
- how data governance and master data management work
- Basic consulting toolkit: should be able to make and drive a plan,



can prepare for workshops and drive client alignment through outside-in recommendations
- Data cleansing strategy
- Risk mitigation strategies for migration
- Alignment with S/4HANA best practices
- Potential travel to Mexico for workshops
- Experience in CPG preferred
