Seeking an Experienced Clinical Ops Software Developer AWS
Onsite | Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Ops Software Developer AWS with 5+ years of experience to join a long-term project within a leading organization. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing healthcare, clinical, and payer applications, ensuring system stability, security, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience working with Healthcare Provider, Clinical, and Payer applications

Batch job handling, debugging, and job scheduling

Software change management processes

Identification and handling of system vulnerabilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Weekend on-call support on a rotating basis

Collaboration with cross-functional teams

Technical Skills Required:

With 5+ years of experience , you must be proficient in the following technologies:

AWS (Lambda, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, SQS, S3, CodePipeline)

SQL Server

ServiceNow

Experience working in cloud-based enterprise environments

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

Knowledge of Java





Familiarity with the HAWKEYE tool

Experience with AS400, DB2, MySQL, FSX filesystem, SnapLogic

Python or Node.js

JBoss and IIS Services

Jira

ETL knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Advanced English (C1 level or higher)

Strong soft skills: proactive, team-oriented, empathetic, responsible, and committed

Availability for onsite work and weekend on-call support

Location & Schedule:

Onsite position in Guadalajara, Jalisco

Candidates from Mexico City are welcome if willing to relocate

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Weekend on-call support (rotational)

Only candidates residing in Mexico
