Your role at Clorox:
This role requires regular travel (up to 60-70%) to various plant locations and vendor sites.
In this role, you will:
- Lead medium to large local and regional capital projects, integrating external resources and adhering to the Capital Project Management process.
- Champion disciplined project execution using the One-Right-Way process to ensure smooth system startups.
- Evaluate and select outside consultants, and lead teams for large or complex projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate strategies and standards.

What we look for:
- 8+ years of engineering experience, _with expertise in blow molding operations, bottle design (PET & HDPE), and blow molding machine design._
- 2+ years of experience in Operations and Staff Engineering, with exposure to capital projects and new product development.
- Strong background in capital project management and budgeting related to blow molding.
- Competent in at least two engineering disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD (or equivalents), and engineering standards.
- Proven ability to manage project priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Electrical, Quality, Safety, R&D;).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.




- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong project management skills, including cost control and deadline management.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and change management.
- Background in consumer packaged goods and packaging equipment/systems preferred.
Education Level/Degree:
- BS Degree in Engineering, PE and/or MS degree beneficial (not required)
