We are seeking a **Manual Tester** to join our team with a strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute detailed test procedures for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather essential project specifications
- Conduct defect identification through functional regression, and performance testing
- Document, maintain, and track bugs efficiently
- Provide input during daily updates and sprint planning sessions with project teams
- Enhance existing testing strategies and introduce improvements where necessary
- Maintain the integrity and reliability of the software solutions
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud
- Proficiency in source-to-target data mappings
- In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and acute attention to detail
- Competency to collaborate effectively in a diverse, multi-vendor team environment
- Advanced level (C1+) in English language proficiency

- Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant
