We are looking for a full-time Operations Service Assistant to capture, organize and prepare documentation related to payroll and accounting for a company based in the United States that provides accounting services to several restaurants.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Calasify ingredients for food preparation for invoicing
- Capturing data from invoices into the system
- Tracking inventories based on the use of different food products
- Reading invoices to understand the presentation of the products for cost allocation
**What we are looking for**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Degree in Gastronomy or experience working on the supply chain on a restaurant.
- Basic bookeeping or accounting knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills




- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Great typing skills with excellent spelling and grammar in English
- Experience working in Data Entry and Payroll or Accounting.
**What we offer**:
- Salary of $15,000 to $20,000 a month
