Job Highlights: This position role is vital to driving the successful introduction of new products. Your expertise in plastic injection processes will be the key to ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency throughout the development and production stages.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and coordinate the introduction of new products, from concept to mass production.
- Conduct cost analysis and budgeting to ensure projects stay within designated limits.
- Oversee quality control during the plastic injection process to guarantee the excellence of manufactured parts.
- Identify and resolve challenges that arise during new product introduction.
Important:
1. Only CVs from Queretaro will be considered.
2. CVs that do not have experience in plastic injection molding for the automotive sector will not be considered.
3. Advanced English is a must.
