**Position Overview**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and Webflow capabilities.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a focus on website development.
- Advanced proficiency in **Webflow** (portfolio samples must include projects built in Webflow).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles, user-centered design practices, and web standards.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
**Preferred Skills**:




- Knowledge of basic front-end coding (HTML, CSS) to enhance Webflow designs.
- Experience with animations and interactive elements in Webflow.
- Background in branding or graphic design.
