We are seeking a highly capable **Middle Software Maintenance Engineer** with expertise in MuleSoft.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide effective 2nd and 3rd line support to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues leveraging MuleSoft technology
- Engage in customer interviews to accurately gather requirements
- Participate in project meetings to discuss and plan solution delivery and system enhancements
- Collaborate with team members on the design and implementation of system improvements
- Ensure high standards of code quality through rigorous testing and debugging
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in MuleSoft technology and broader industry developments
- Assist the development team with coding and other development tasks as needed
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in MuleSoft and familiarity with Anypoint Platform
- Strong command of the English language, minimum B2 level proficiency
- Proficient in troubleshooting and issue resolution within software systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical aptitude
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate within a team
- Competency to manage work independently in a remote setting
