Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
- Supporting the department in different business-related tasks
Responsible of training newly hired General Operators in basic operations of the production process in an effective manner.
Participates on the induction process of Production Operators.
Documentation and filing of induction activities, basic training and re-training of Production Operators.
Record and performance measurement of production Operators during basic training.
Filling and update of data for newly hired operators in operations matrixes of the production process.
Elaboration of individual and group performance reports for Production Operators participating in basic training.
Preparation of material and equipment for training in production operations in the basic training area.
Capture of induction and training records of basic operations of newly hired Operators.
Participates in audit activities and verification of regulatory compliance activities of training in production process.
Documentation and filing of regulatory compliance verification activities related to training in the production process.
Maintains basic training records updated and properly organized in physical files as well as in the training system T-Sys.
Provide support to the training area personnel in administrative and logistic activities as required.
Elaborate daily activity reports.
Participate in group training meetings
Education and Experience:
Preferable degree or technical career. Professional studies are accepted.
Preferable with 2 years of experience in training employees in operations of production processes or with
experience in similar positions.
