This position must also work closely with support management in the various EatonCare support locations for Electrical and Industrial Sector n nJob Responsibilities nu2022 Lead day to day activities within the EatonCare Service Center team of Commercial Finance employees. nu2022 Develop effective relationship with USA team that theyu2019re supporting nu2022 Drive productivity within the group by utilizing electronic tools to support efficient and profitable business growth nu2022 Driving the team to have quality interactions with customers, stakeholders and US counterparts to drive long term business growth nu2022 Develop, and retain top quality Commercial Finance employees, who excel at providing customer value through the execution of the rebate and commercial accounting processes, commercial savvy, and effective relationship building with customers nu2022 Gain a deep understanding of the businesses supported so that this position becomes the escalation point for the team nu2022 Training employees and coordinating training for employees on the essential functions of the position nu2022 Provide commercial finance enablement and analytical support to sales teams and channel partners to drive profitable growth. nu2022 Set expectations for the team nu2022 Communicate with the customers as necessary nu2022 Other duties, projects as assigned. nu2022 Participate in and provide leadership for local and divisional commercial finance initiatives and projects.
