**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop visually appealing and responsive websites.
- Collaborate with team members to understand design requirements and implement them in code.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for website layouts.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, accessible, and meet SEO best practices.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Integrate websites with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, errors, and performance problems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and design best practices.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and security.
- Communicate design and technical concepts clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with front-end and back-end web technologies.




- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with SEO and website optimization techniques.
- Basic knowledge of web security and performance best practices.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
