**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive design validation plans, including tasks and testing procedures.
- Execute the validation plan using available resources, possibly including external testing labs.
- Work with design engineers and manufacturing teams to validate designs and suggest necessary adjustments.
**Non-Negotiable Skills/Experience**
- In-depth knowledge of consumer electronic products is essential.
- Must have an engineering degree (preferably electrical) with hands-on design experience.
- **APQP Process Knowledge!!** Familiarity with the Advanced Product Quality Planning process, especially in design verification and validation.
- Ability to **write** and execute task plans independently.
- Experience in New Product Development (NPD) and related processes.
**Additional Considerations**




- Experience with certifications like UL is highly desirable.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and adjust to various design and manufacturing needs.
**Minimum Educational Requirement**
Electrical engineering is preferred.
**Desirable Traits**
- Ability to identify and address design and manufacturing issues effectively.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
