**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Collection**: Collects data from various sources to create data models, reports, visualizations, and dashboards using various ETL and reporting tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Looker, Excel, Fivetran, an DBT
- **Data Analysis**: Collecting and evaluating information from many sources to spot trends, patterns, and areas needing development.
- **Report Generation**: Producing thorough reports with analysis, important conclusions, and managerial actionable advice.
- **Process Optimization**: Assessing current operational systems and suggesting improvements to raise output and efficiency.
- **Production scheduling**:Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- **Cost Control**:Tracking production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and ensuring production stays within budget.
- **Production Monitoring**:Regularly reviewing production progress against the schedule, identifying bottlenecks, and taking corrective actions.
- **Cross-functional communication**: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align production plans with customer demand forecasts.

**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years directly related work experience in production control, production planning, or work center scheduling
- 2+ years of professional experience with business intelligence and data analysis
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, or other data warehousing solutions
- Fully bilingual, English/Spanish
- Intermediate/Advanced ability working with Excel and Google sheets
- Ability to work in a production environment, e.g. noise levels, pace, chemical fumes, etc.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
