Program evaluation & development
Project tracking & execution
Solution implementation & documentation
Conflict resolution & stakeholder management
**Requirements**:
✔ **1-3 years of customer-facing experience**
✔ **Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent**
✔ **Fluency in English & Spanish** (Portuguese is a plus!)
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Business acumen & customer service orientation
✔ **Certifications (CCNP, PMP) are a plus!**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $50,000.00 per month
