**What You’ll Do**:
You will engage with clients through scheduled phone or video calls to understand their financial situation and guide them toward the best debt relief options. Each conversation follows a clear process:
- Gather key information about debts, monthly payments, interest rates, and living arrangements
- Explain solutions tailored to each client’s needs
- Schedule follow-up consultations or transfer clients to our expert partners
Calls last between 20 to 30 minutes and are assigned through your Google Calendar.
