**Financial Specialist — Full-Time (On-Site)**
**Location**: Av. P.º Río San Miguel 75-Planta alta, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (**Weekends OFF**)

**About the Role**
As a Debt Relief Consultant, you will handle scheduled inbound and outbound calls with clients seeking solutions to manage their financial debt — from credit cards and student loans to mortgages. Your role will involve:
- Conducting structured intake calls (20-30 minutes) to gather financial information
- Asking clear, guided questions about debts, monthly payments, interest rates, and living situations
- Educating clients on available debt relief solutions
- Scheduling follow-up consultations with specialists or connecting clients with third-party partners
- You will manage your calendar through Google Meet and phone calls,



working with individuals who have already expressed interest in improving their financial health.

Week 2 (Training): $4,000
Week 3 (Nesting): $4,000
Week 4 and onward (Operations): $4,500
