We are looking for a dedicated **Senior Operations Specialist** to join our growing team and play a leading role in driving strategic improvements in staffing processes, bench management, and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for seasoned professionals passionate about delivering high-impact solutions and collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve organizational excellence.
**Responsibilities**
- Own and lead project allocation processes to maximize resource utilization across teams
- Analyze and report key performance metrics related to internal staffing, operational efficiency, and resource allocation trends
- Identify, drive, and implement large-scale enhancements across organizational functions to ensure continuous process improvement
- Collaborate closely with executive-level stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives
- Design and oversee advanced processes for bench management and resource optimization
- Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for resource and operational challenges
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in IT or similar project-based environments
- Expert-level understanding of staffing processes, resource management, and workforce planning frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in Operations, Staffing, PMO, Recruitment, or Resource Management at a senior level
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to anticipate challenges and recommend effective solutions
- Extensive knowledge of the IT market and ability to navigate its complexities and evolving dynamics
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
