We are seeking a dedicated **Middle Operations Specialist** to join our growing team and play a key role in optimizing staffing processes, bench management, and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about driving organizational improvements and working closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive project allocation processes to optimize resource utilization
- Track and report metrics related to internal staffing and operational efficiency
- Facilitate enhancements across organizational functions for process improvement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals
- Contribute to streamlining processes for bench management and staffing
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- In-depth knowledge of staffing processes within IT or similar project-based environments
- Background in Operations, Staffing, PMO, Recruitment, or Resource Management
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the IT market and flexibility to adapt to its dynamics
- Good communication skills in English (B1/B2 level)
