- Create and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Execute paid strategies across platforms with a performance mindset.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to create ad content.
- Analyze campaign data and make improvements to increase results.
- Generate leads through strategic B2B marketing efforts.
**What We’re Looking For**:
Based in Guadalajara
FLUENT English—spoken and written
1+ year of experience in online marketing




1+ year of experience in lead generation / B2B strategies
Proven experience in creating paid campaigns
Knowledge of audience targeting and keyword strategy
Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a strong plus
Organized, analytical, and creative mindset.
**What We Offer**:
