We are seeking a highly skilled **Lead Quality Engineer** to advance test automation solutions and guide our quality engineering team toward exceptional performance.
Focused on scalability, maintainability, and efficiency, you will play a key role in delivering innovative test automation strategies, developing frameworks, and cultivating a high-achieving team environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead knowledge transfer initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to gather required information for solution creation
- Provide a Test Automation Framework solution and manage its development
- Assess current technical solutions to determine strengths and improvement areas
- Develop improvement plans for the Test Automation Framework and overall solutions based on industry best practices
- Introduce methodologies to generate actionable insights from testing outcomes
- Support and mentor engineers to encourage a collaborative team atmosphere
- Define and articulate a test strategy aligned with project objectives, schedules, and resource allocation
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience with Java, regression testing, and test strategy
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Background in analyzing and improving existing test automation frameworks
- Expertise in developing scalable and maintainable test strategies and frameworks
- Proficiency in integrating test solutions into the CI/CD pipeline
- Capability to manage change processes
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of ElectronJS, Gherkin, and Playwright
- Experience with POS/ePOS systems
- Familiarity with React Native development environments
