**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to design advanced chatbot solutions
- Define prompt engineering strategies to improve the quality and engagement of chatbot conversations
- Develop and deploy LLM-powered agents capable of integrating external tools, APIs, and databases using function calling
- Ensure chatbot response accuracy and dependability through rigorous evaluation and hallucination prevention methods
- Drive A/B testing initiatives and optimization approaches with analytics teams
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to generate insights and inform structured data requirements for the engineering teams
- Advise cloud engineering teams on building scalable infrastructure for AI solutions
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in AI and ML development, focusing on conversational systems
- Expertise in LLMs, with significant implementation experience using OpenAI APIs in Azure environments
- Solid skills in Python to optimize AI workflows
- Knowledge of Responsible AI techniques and hallucination prevention methods
- Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI framework design
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation approaches, and metrics for evaluating AI systems
- Capability to define testing and data requirements while collaborating across teams
- Understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure considerations
**Nice to have**
- Competency in conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to refine chatbot accuracy
- Skills in drafting technical requirements for data engineering teams
- Proficiency in navigating cloud engineering workflows for infrastructure scalability
