We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Senior QA Automation Engineer** to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products through advanced automated testing practices.
As a key member of our QA team, you will collaborate closely with developers and product managers, driving the software testing lifecycle and implementing innovative automation solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Define and execute test strategies in collaboration with development and product teams
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to validate software functionality and performance
- Conduct various testing types, including GUI, API, functional, performance, data validation, and regression testing
- Build and enhance test automation frameworks that integrate seamlessly with engineering workflows
- Implement automation testing protocols, including CI/CD pipelines, to improve development efficiency
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve defects effectively across the software lifecycle
- Maintain thorough documentation for test processes, results, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide actionable feedback to development teams and stakeholders to improve software quality
- Research and adopt the latest QA trends and best practices to improve testing methodologies
- Train and mentor team members on testing tools and automation techniques
- Ensure QA processes align with organizational policies and compliance standards
**Requirements**:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or related role
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks, QA processes, and tools
- Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools such as Azure, Git, Jenkins, and JIRA
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
- Expertise in coding and strong programming fundamentals




- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of C# and.NET technologies
- Background in test automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Puppeteer
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture
