**Inventory & Operations Coordinator (Remote)**

**Join one of the fastest-growing fencing companies in the U.S.** Superior Fence & Rail is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven **Inventory & Operations Coordinator** to manage inventory systems, vendor payments, and project logistics — all from the comfort of your home.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Track inventory using **QuickBooks Online** and **SOS Inventory**:
- Create and reconcile **sales/purchase orders**, match bills, and log receipts
- Support **bookkeeping**, **accounts payable/receivable**, and **monthly reconciliations**:
- Assist with project documentation (permits/utilities)
- Keep internal systems clean and up to date
- Communicate clearly with vendors, clients,
and internal teams
**What You Bring**:
- 2+ years in **inventory**, **bookkeeping**, or **operations support**:
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Spanish fluency is a plus
