**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a talent sourcing or recruitment support role, preferably in the edtech or similar industry or with startups.
- Strong familiarity with various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.) and a passion for discovering creative ways to identify talent.
- A positive,
