**What you will do**
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of LoKation Sphere software, ensuring performance, scalability, and security;
- Optimize existing code, implement bug fixes, and drive performance improvements across the full stack;
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and performance testing strategies;
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to drive team efficiency;
- Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and translate requirements into technical solutions;
- Create and maintain technical documentation, enhancing knowledge transfer and compliance;
- Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve the development process and product capabilities.
**Must haves**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience);
- **3+ years of experience** in Full Stack web development, with expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, CSS, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL**;
- Strong understanding of **object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms**;
- Familiarity with **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)** and Agile methodologies (**JIRA** preferred);
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills,



with the ability to engage both **technical and non-technical audiences**;
- Advanced proficiency with **Google Workspace** and software development lifecycle tools;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
**Nice to haves**
- Node.js, experience;
- React Native experience;
- Strong familiarity with WordPress website Development;
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support knowledge sharing and peer reviews.
