**About the Role**
Armeton is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing operations. This role is essential in ensuring HR processes run smoothly, legal compliance is met, and employees across the organisation receive consistent, high-quality support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, exits
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labour law
- Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, absences, overtime)
- Support recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with Group HR
- Track and coordinate mandatory training
- Assist in performance reviews, probation tracking, and contract renewals
- Support HR reporting and maintain monthly HR metrics for HQ
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters
- Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives
**What We’re Looking For**




- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- HR or admin experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Knowledge of local labour law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Fluency in local language and professional English (written and spoken) and local language
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organisational skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and team-minded approach
