**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate accounting records in line with NIF (Mexican Financial Reporting Standards)
- Prepare monthly financial statements: P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Reconcile bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory tax returns (ISR, IVA, DIOT, etc.)
- Coordinate compliance with SAT and IMSS regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including CFDI tracking and reporting
- Support payroll accounting in collaboration with HR (taxes, social security, severance)
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and support audit preparations
- Contribute to the implementation of internal controls and Group financial procedures
- Assist in the transition to digital tools such as QuickBooks Online and Zoho Expense
- Provide regular financial reports to HQ and participate in general consolidation
**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field (Contador Público preferred)
- Relevant experience in a financial/accounting role within a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and statutory compliance
- Experience with SAT systems, CFDI, and payroll-related frameworks (IMSS, INFONAVIT)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Fluent in Spanish; professional working proficiency in English
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable in a cross-functional, multicultural team
