**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute and evolve cybersecurity strategy and risk management.
- Lead incident response and change management processes.
- Oversee security infrastructure (SIEM, DLP, EDR, firewalls, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Promote company-wide security awareness.
- Mentor and manage the cybersecurity team.
**Requirements**:
- Must live in **Cancún**.
- 5-7 years in cybersecurity, including 3+ in leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and frameworks.
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CISA) preferred.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English**.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
