**Your role**:
- In process quality, lead quality issue, use of PDCA, 8D or similar.
- Manage Customer claims & portals & requirements.
- Responsible to attend and respond internal and external audits.
- Responsible to validate process and products.
- Responsible to manage core tools and quality process documentation
**What do you need?**
- Strong experience in problem solving,



customer management and effective communication.
- Experience in APQP
- Leadership execution and promotion in and out of the team.
- Project management + advance windows office knowledge.
- High initiative, proactivity and sense of urgency.
- Teambuilding & collaboration.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environment for electronic products, experience in the same or similar position. More 3 years.
- English conversational/advanced
