Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven, client-focused General Mortgage Advisor – Originations to join our sales team and support MoXi®’s ambitious growth. This role involves guiding clients through the mortgage process, cultivating partnerships with the real estate ecosystem, and delivering best-in-class service to both our clients and internal teams.

You’ll be a key point of contact throughout the mortgage journey and a brand ambassador helping transform the international home financing landscape.

This role reports to the Head of Retail Sales and works closely with U.S. and Mexico-based colleagues.

What You’ll Do

Engage leads and prospects, telling the MoXi® story with enthusiasm and clarity

Guide clients through mortgage options for purchasing property in Mexico

Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and overall ability-to-repay

Educate borrowers on the financial and legal aspects of cross-border homeownership

Collaborate with ops and credit teams to structure the best outcomes for clients

Use digital sales tools and CRM platforms to manage leads and pipeline

Evangelize the MoXi® brand in the market via referral sources and strategic partners





Maintain consistent contact and follow-up standards

Contribute to all-company meetings, projects, and team initiatives

We’d Love to See…

3+ years of recent mortgage origination or sales experience

Comfort working with high-net-worth clients and complex financial profiles

Familiarity with non-QM or portfolio lending

A successful track record of exceeding sales targets and building referral relationships

High personal and professional standards—ethical, accountable, and collaborative

Strong communication skills and professionalism in all interactions

The ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally with teams in the U.S. and Mexico

Comfort in a dynamic, tech-forward, startup-style environment

A “client-first” attitude and a knack for solving problems creatively

Bonus Points If You…

Are fluent or proficient in Spanish

Have a network in real estate, builder/developer, or mortgage circles

Have experience with Encompass or a similar loan origination system

Excel at both verbal and written professional communication
