Position Objective
We are looking for a Dealer Support Specialist to provide technical and operational assistance to our sales partners and inside sales reps. This role is key in delivering real-time support, ensuring the correct design of solar systems, guiding financing decisions, and helping deals close successfully—24/7.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and commercial support to sales reps by designing accurate solar systems using specialized platforms, calculating energy consumption, and preparing correct pricing estimates.
- Possess deep knowledge of financial partners (Goodleap, Climate First Bank, Lightreach, Enfin), and guide sellers to select the best financing options based on customer profiles.
- Assist sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, including contract preparation and other administrative tasks.




- Conduct and support training sessions for partners on software tools, solar products, and financial solutions.
- Monitor stalled or pending sales and implement proactive strategies to recover and close those deals.
- Maintain fluid communication with the sales team, ensuring full synchronization of all sales processes.
**Qualifications**:
- English: Advanced level (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability for rotating full-time shifts (9 hours per day).

Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary**:$800 USD**:
