**Position: Customer Service Executive & Purchasing Concierge (International Payments)**

**About the company**:
We are a law firm specialized in various legal areas, serving both companies and individuals. Our core focus lies in **litigation and arbitration**, as well as **corporate and financial law**. We provide legal advisory services, representation in legal disputes, and support in financial transactions, with solid experience in both national and international matters.
**Profile and qualifications**:
- Technical degree or Bachelor's in **International Trade, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting**, or a related field.
- Courses or certifications in foreign trade, international payment methods, or purchasing management (preferred).
- **1-2 years of experience** in international purchasing, supplier relations, or related administrative tasks.
- Hands-on experience in international payments (e.g., **SWIFT transfers, PayPal, Wise, Stripe**, etc.).
- Experience dealing with foreign suppliers and understanding cultural differences in communication and negotiation.
**Technical skills**:
- Knowledge of international payment methods (bank transfers, letters of credit, digital platforms).
- Understanding of international invoicing and documentation (e.g., proforma invoice,



commercial invoice, purchase order).
- Familiarity with **exchange rates, banking fees, taxes**, and applicable withholdings.
- Proficient in using **administrative systems or ERPs**, ideally with purchasing or payment modules.
- **Advanced English (C1)** - both written and spoken - for communication with international suppliers.
**Location**:
Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- **Net monthly salary: $20,000 MXN**:
- IMSS registration starting in the third month of employment
