**Responsibilities**
- Develop efficient, scalable solutions for complex technical challenges
- Contribute to technical documentation to ensure project clarity and maintainability
- Collaborate with distributed teams to achieve project milestones and goals
- Drive project discovery and planning to define requirements and solution strategies
- Ensure project scalability and adaptability for evolving system requirements
- Enhance system performance and reliability through testing and optimization
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in best practices
- Engage in hands-on coding while ensuring alignment with architectural standards
- Communicate fluently in English to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in Scala development and expertise in building scalable systems
- Background in Agile methodologies, technical documentation, and project discovery phases
- Skills in distributed team collaboration and ability to contribute effectively in remote environments
- Fluency in English for both written and verbal communication
