- The technician will be responsible for executing assembly and testing processes, washing of materials, and performing heat treatment procedures in accordance with established methods and quality standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct training on manufacturing processes (washing, cutting, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging) using method sheets and technical drawings.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance expectations.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining 5S practices and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in root cause analysis of defects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all applicable specifications (Production Records, AV Records, Method Sheets) and complete required documentation accurately.
- Education:
- High School or Technical career preferred.
