**About Us**
We are a growing property management company looking for a **Remote Property Manager / Realtor Assistant** to support our leasing and administrative operations. This is a fully remote position, idóneo for someone experienced in **apartment leasing** who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. **No realtor license is required.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Post and manage rental property listings online
- Follow up with rental inquiries and schedule showings or virtual tours
- Assist with lease renewals and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records of property listings and client interactions
- Coordinate with the leasing and property management team
**Requirements**:
- **Experience in apartment leasing is required**:
- **Exceptional English-speaking and writing skills**:
- Reliable internet and **backup power source** to avoid work interruptions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Reside in **Latin America**:
- Availability**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST**
