Financial Analyst

We're looking for a Financial Analyst to support our capital investment planning, project spending oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll analyze CAPEX, monitor project performance, build financial models, and deliver insights that drive operational efficiency across our manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

CAPEX Management — Track and report capital expenditure across all manufacturing operations, maintain the CAPEX database, and communicate budget variances to department leaders.

Investment Project Tracking — Validate project expenses, prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports, and partner with engineering, operations, and procurement to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Financial Evaluation — Conduct financial assessments of new investment proposals (NPV, IRR, payback period), build financial models,



and prepare executive -level summaries for approval committees.

Continuous Improvement — Evaluate the financial impact of cost -reduction and efficiency initiatives, quantify savings with lean manufacturing teams, and track presente vs. projected results.

General Financial Support — Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close related to CAPEX. Ensure compliance with internal controls and support fixed asset reviews.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA is a plus)

2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing

Hands -on experience with CAPEX processes and project financial evaluation

Advanced Excel; SAP experience is a plus
