**Education required**: Bachelor’s degree in systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **We're looking for a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience leading enterprise level digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives under the PMI framework.**_
**Key Requirements**:
- 4 years of proven experience facilitating Agile teams using the Scrum framework. Also, leading at least 3 full Agile projects from planning to closure and introducing, adapting Scrum practices in new or low-maturity teams.
- 4 years actively participating in Agile transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.with successfully facilitating key Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- 3 years experience using Kanban boards and Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity, lead time). Basic understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) is a plus.
- 2 years preferred experience working with S/4HANA systems and coordinating across multiple Agile teams is a plus.
- Not required to be a developer, but knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is highly valued.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) ensuring purpose, structure, and effectiveness.
- Guide and support the Scrum team in adopting Agile practices,



fostering self organization and continuous value delivery.
- Identify and proactively remove blockers that impede the team's progress during the Sprint.
- Act as a liaison between the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to ensure clear and aligned communication.
- Track Sprint progress using Agile metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and cumulative flow diagrams; share insights with team and organization.
- Champion Agile culture within the team and across the organization, acting as a change agent and mentor.
- Support the Product Owner in Product Backlog management, including facilitating refinement sessions and clarifying requirements.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in team practices, interactions, and workflows, recommending actionable adjustments.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams on scaling initiatives or broader organizational improvements.
