The **HR Officer** is responsible for:
- Process locally required procedures in a timely manner
- Observe time related contractual agreements
- Ensure compliance and accurate documentation of HR relevant documents
- Handle locally required correspondence
- Support within the recruitment process
- Support expats in the country of assignment
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Issue correct and locally compliant HR documents
- Ensure the compliant issuance of visa in a timely manner
- Administration of Time and Attendance
- Review payroll incidences

- Requirements

- Bachelor's or equivalent preferably in the field of Human Resources, Legal, Social**Sciences or Business Administration desirable
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in HR
- Advanced command of English, both written and spoken
- MS Office as user
