- **Mentorship & Onboarding**: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to client teams. You'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, designing solutions, and helping them get up to speed with our processes and technology.
- **Project Scoping & Architecture**: Contribute to the long-term growth of our business by participating in project scoping and solution architecture. Your experience in these areas is a strong asset.
- **Strategic Growth**: As demand grows, the role has the potential to expand into a leadership position, responsible for building and managing a small team of engineers.
**Requirements**:




- **Proven experience** in a professional software development role, with a strong portfolio of projects built in **Rust**.
- **Exceptional self-starter** with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results under mínimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, providing mentorship, or leading technical discussions is highly desirable.
